My experience at Tekmotiv could not have been any better. I had no sense of being rushed or pressured. James took me through the basics of the bike I wanted clearly and patiently. I then had as long as I wanted to road test it. Once I had made my decision he double checked the bike and fitted a luggage rack for me. I have every confidence that after sales service will be as professional as my experience purchasing.

I have purchased an e bike on Wednesday with a view to get a new bike for the bank holiday weekend as had a disastrous experience with another company. Tekmotiv was very responsive to any of my queries and was very patient with all my questions. My bike came in today so was delivered within 2 days after ordering. I’m very pleased with the speed of delivery. Not to mention, the owner included a rack and lights as a bonus! Can’t praise highly enough from a buying experience point of view. Thank you.

Great service. James tried so hard to find a bike that was suitable for my wife with her knee and hip problem. He did this with patience and honesty and without being pushy to try and get a sale. It's a pity other retailers aren't as helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service from James at Tekmotiv; he exceeded our expectations. We were able to make an ‘out of hours’ appointment to look at electric folding bikes. James was keen for us to test ride a variety of bikes with no pressure at all to buy; very helpful with information and discussing pros and cons; nothing was too much trouble.
