Bicycles will be delivered as soon as we have time to process them through our workshop. We will contact you via email when this will be, and in some instances there can be a 2 week turn around for bicycles. If you are in need of a bicycle within a certain time frame, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss our workshop schedule with you.
We would much rather have you collect your bicycle from our shop using click and collect so that we can properly set it up for you.
Bicycles will only be shipped at our discretion, at a mutually agreeable time We are unable are unable to deliver on or over a weekend.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
We do not offer priority shipping; shipping is calculated at the point of enquiry.
Your order may be delivered either by us personally or by courier. A signature is required for all our deliveries, we will not ship any goods without the need for a signature.
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy in the way that the goods arrive at your delivery address please either refuse to sign for the goods OR make a note on the delivery drivers terminal. ALL goods leave us well packaged and insured but we are at the mercy of the courier companies once they leave here. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods that have being signed for by you knowing that the box etc was not intact, as an insurance claim cannot be processed.
We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
Occasionally our website will show a product as in stock when it is actually not. Due to the nature of retail and our small team, our data isn’t always updated as quickly as a major retailer. If you place an order through our online channel and the goods are in fact not in stock we will issue you a refund. This refund can take up to 14 days to reappear in your account due to our payment gateway provider. If you are in any doubt of the stock situation or are in need of the money back faster than the 14 days it’ll take to go back into your account please contact us BEFORE placing your order as we cannot sadly speed this return process up.
